And a visit with Lesley Brabyn at Salmon Creek Ranch, before heading home. Lesley was the breeder of my rescue Saluki, Timaru Banshee, aka Sara..who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2004. It was more than wonderful to get some Saluki love!
A wonderful long weekend...can't wait to do it again.

ahhh, Mendocino! This place holds a very special place in my heart...Troy and I, literally, started our lives together here...a honeymoon adventure, that lead to a pretty great life (25 years later, I can say that :-) I love the bluffs, looking out to the sea. I love the little village of Mendocino, and it's quirkyness and art.
I'm so glad you got to enjoy your time here, Michele! Thanks for sharing the photos...brings back lovely memories for me :-)
