Rosie

Our beloved Rosie travelled over the Rainbow Bridge on February 9, 2009. The Rose was in her late teens and I had the privilege of being her mom for the past 14 years. The house is empty without our sweet girl. John and I miss her soooo much! More photos and tales of the amazing Miss Rosie to follow soon....

John and I took Rosie to the park yesterday. We stopped at Backstube and got sandwiches and found out Rosie loved the ham...so on the way back from the park we stopped at the store and bought a package...she loved it and ate the whole package during the span of the evening. Today she'll have nothing to do with it. 

I finished up my "heart" for Artistree's silent auction fundraiser on Thursday, February 12th. It started out as a piece of metal with some sharp edges...but some paint, scrapbook paper, sanding, inking, paste and gel medium, buttons...etc. and viola...I've titled it "Words To Live By" I had to photograph it on the kitchen floor because it was the only flat surface left!
